The Haiku Mill is an extraordinary historic Maui wedding venue. It’s the venue you will want if you’re dreaming of a truly one-of-a-kind, world-class romantic garden setting. If it’s European-style ruins wrapped in lush tropical greenery, candlelit courtyards, dripping vines, and an atmosphere that feels like stepping into another era entirely, then this is the venue for you.
I used to work full-time at Haiku Mill and worked at weddings and elopements there full on, every week, for many years. I also grew up in Haiku, so it has always felt like home and deeply special to me. The Mill as it’s known locally feels unreal. It’s unlike anywhere else in the world. And it’s even more beautiful in person, photos can’t fully capture the scale, texture, and atmosphere of this place.
Haiku Mill is not currently open to the public. It is a private, exclusive venue. However, if you’re interested in a wedding, elopement, or photography session here, reach out and I can help determine what’s possible and guide you through planning and logistics.
This venue is unlike anything else on Maui, cinematic, immersive, and incredibly photogenic from every angle. The entire property is designed for atmosphere, it is one of the most visually rich wedding venues in Hawaii.
The venue is situated in Haiku on Maui’s North Shore, surrounded by lush rainforest, waterfalls nearby, and a cool tropical climate.
Haiku Mill is loved by couples because it feels completely transportive. It is private, immersive, and unlike any other wedding venue in Hawaii. The combination of European architecture and tropical jungle creates a setting that feels both elegant and wild at the same time. Every corner of the property photographs beautifully, which allows couples to fully relax and be present knowing every moment will be captured in a stunning way.
No. Haiku Mill is a private venue and is not open for public access or walk-through visits.

I’ve had the honor of photographing weddings and elopements in Hawaii over the past 8 years, and I absolutely love what I do. Growing up here has given me an in-depth understanding of the islands, from amazing locations, lighting, timing, and hidden gems to our local island culture. I love sharing this with couples and being a part of a custom tailored Hawaii wedding or elopement that is beyond incredible.
